As resident/owner of ROC Homes in Houston, Texas, Eric Hymowitz oversees the construction and sale of private residences in desirable locations.
Mr. Hymowitz has spent 23 years shaping ROC Homes into a trusted builder known for its thoughtfully planned homes with the signature “1st Floor Lifestyle” design concept. He focuses on building solid, high-quality homes at affordable prices, close to towns with desirable amenities, fitting into his customers’ lifestyles. This value-driven approach has won ROC Homes referrals from homebuyers and earned it multiple awards from organizations like the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Before starting ROC Homes, Eric Hymowitz was shaped professionally by key roles in established companies. From 1999 to 2002, he was the vice president of finance at KB Home Corporation, a national home builder. There, he contributed to a team that delivered more than 1,500 homes in a single year. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hymowitz was a division controller at Lennar Corporation and senior associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
A graduate of Tulane University, Eric Hymowitz holds a BS in business management. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in his community, supporting local charities and his synagogue. He has also coached his children’s Little League baseball, basketball, and soccer teams.
